What is intellectual property?

Intellectual property, is a branch of law responsible for protecting and defending the legal rights of creators, it has two large branches: first, copyright, which includes, for example, artistic works such as music, painting, sculpture, literature, cinema, architecture and dance, in addition to digital works such as videos, blogs, web designs, software among many more, and second, within intellectual property we have industrial property, such as invention patents, trademarks and industrial designs.
